Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and liquidity on firm value. The population is property & real estate company which is listed
on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. using 38 companies as the sample, this research uses eviews 10 program to process the data. The results is stated that profitability with net profit margin as the proxy has a significant positive effect on firm value, leverage with Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant positive effect on firm value, and liquidity with current ratio has a negative effect but not significant.
