Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine an influence of customer
satisfaction and risk to stock return on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period
2011-2014. This study used 124 company on Indonesia Stock Exchange and
included in best 100 Indonesia Wealth Creators 2012 and 2014, also data
input by software Eviews 6.0. Multiple regression analysis method is used to
examine an influence of customer satisfaction and risk to stock return. The
results indicate that partially variable customer satisfaction significant
positive to stock return and variable risk not significant positive to stock
return. While variable customer satisfaction and variable risk together are
significant to stock return. The results also show that variable stock return
can be explained by variable customer satisfaction and risk for 35,51%, while
the rest for 64,49% can be explained by other variable that are not described
in this study.
