Abstract
This article with introduction; historical back-ground of ai transport policy such old order, new order, and era reformaion regime, the Civil Aviation Act of 2009 (the CAA of 2009); type of air transportation in Indonesia such as domestic schedule and non-scheduled air transportation; aviation tariff policy such as the aims and objective of the CAA of 2009, tariff scheduled non-scheduled ai transportation and best tariff practices includes scheduled airlines operation, holiday season of scheduled and non-scheduled operation, control of the applicable tariff; aviation safety and security; analys of air transport during the Idul Fitri Holidays such as transportation, passangers, Indonesia Air Asia (low cost carrier), Garuda Indonesia (fully services), aviation safety, aviation security and finnaly conclusion.
